Owners Sonia, Lucas, and Bruce Alle are setting themselves apart by offering charcuterie that is traditionally made, gluten-free, without any fillers, soy, or ingredient shortcut substitutes. A far cry from some of the mass-produced “mystery meat” one may often experience from big-box grocers.

Lucas' mother, Bruce's wife, Sonia is a powerful force working behind the scenes to ensure the successful operations of the company.Â
You can catch her at any of the year-round markets during our peak time!
Sonia's knowledge and passion for our products come from growing up in her parent's family deli and of course her Italian heritage.
Lucas Alle
Business Owner
Lucas' love for his grandpa's business is why we brought Cosmos Smoked Meats to Calgary. His knowledge and passion come from operating outdoor markets withs his grandpa Cosmo himself since Lucas was 10 years old.
You will find Luc working at our Calgary Farmers Market and spearheading all our summer markets and special events!

Bruce Alle
Business Owner
Bruce, Lucas' dad! You will find Bruce working at our Calgary Farmers Market every weekend always ready with a smile! Bruce is our main operation guy who keeps all the intricate parts of Luc's moving.Â
He has years of culinary experience and great knowledge of food in general, Bruce truly has a passion for educating customers and sharing his vast experiences with everyone!
Andreas Platz
Right Hand Man
Andreas was recruited by Sonia in the summer of 2015. He has since helped the family grow the business, acting a valuable resource for cheese knowledge, implementing new systems, and creating delicious charcuterie platters.
Andreas is considered family at this point, you can find him at the Calgary Farmers Market or online by his alias @Cheeseguyyyc
